What is the difference between Sleep Support and Rest Support?
Our Sleep Support products are formulated to promote restful sleep—combining an optimal 2mg of melatonin per serving with a proprietary blend of herbs and amino acids to promote well-rested sleep. Rest Support products on the other hand contains our proprietary bi-magnesium blend with natural and herbal actives to help relax the muscles and mind. Rest Support does not include melatonin.
How many capsules per serving?
Each serving is 2 capsules for both Sleep Support and Rest Support. Each bottle contains 30 servings (60 capsules). We do not recommend exceeding suggested daily doses unless recommended by a health care provider. As always, please consult with your health care provider.
When is the best time to take Sleep Support and Rest Support?
It is recommended to take the supplements 20 - 30 minutes before you are planning to go to sleep.
Is Sleep Support safe?
Sleep Support is a non-habit-forming sleep aid and is not a drug. Our Sleep Support products are formulated and tested at optimal levels of actives such as melatonin to provide gentle sleep support. However, it is intended for occasional use as needed.
Are there side effects to taking melatonin?
Short-term use of melatonin is relatively well tolerated by most people who take it and side effects are few. The most common side effects include headache, daytime drowsiness, and dizziness. However, we do not recommend you take prior to or during driving, operating heavy machinery, or any activity that requires full alertness.
Are the products vegan, gluten-free, etc?
Yes, Sleep Support and Rest Support is 100% vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and alcohol-free. They also do not include any artificial dyes or colors.
How should I store the products?
Please store the capsules in their original container in a cool, dry location away from pets or children. The capsules should also be placed away from direct sunlight.
Where are the products manufactured?
Our products are proudly formulated, tested, and manufactured in the USA.
Can I use the products when pregnant or breastfeeding?
There is currently not enough research conducted on the safety of melatonin supplements in pregnant and nursing women. As with any dietary supplement, please consult with your health care provider if pregnant or nursing as they will review your overall health, health history, and risks to advise you best for your specific needs.
How old do you have to be to use the products?
These products are only intended for adults and not for children. Keep out of reach of children at all times.
